Lucas Ross Insolvency Practitioners were responsible for the first ever rescue of a national charity with a defined benefit pension scheme deficit, through use of a Company Voluntary Arrangement. We have traded a number of Third Sector Organisations through the Administration process before finding other organisations to take over their work.
